Functionen table content

The functions for editing the table content are located in the upper-right area above the list. The buttons are used as follows:

ButtonFunction
Two SheetsFunction: Copy Rows
Display Mode: Disabled and grayed out
Edit Mode: Initially grayed out
The function is activated only after selecting at least one row using the respective checkbox. The selected rows are copied and appended to the end of the list. Both the original and the copied rows remain selected, and the selections must be manually removed by the user.
Two Sheets with + and -Function: Add Empty Rows
Display Mode: Disabled and grayed out
Edit Mode: Active
An empty row is added to the end of the list. Multiple clicks of the button will add additional rows. If the mode or tab is switched without saving the changes, the empty rows will be deleted.
Trash CanFunction: Delete Rows
Display Mode: Disabled and grayed out
Edit Mode: Initially grayed out
The function is activated only after selecting at least one row using the respective checkbox. The selected rows are irreversibly deleted when the button is clicked with the primary mouse button.
ColumnsFunction: Control Columns
Display Mode: Active
Edit Mode: Active

Row HeightFunction: Control Row Height

FilterFunction: Filter the displayed list
Display Mode: Active

ImportFunction: Import table content from a .CSV file
Display Mode: Disabled and grayed out
Edit Mode: Active
The table content is imported from a CSV file into the selected variant table. The usage of this function is detailed in section 9.7.
ExportFunction: Export table content to a .CSV file
Display Mode: Active
Edit Mode: Active
The table content of the selected variant table is exported to a CSV file. The usage of this function is detailed in section 9.6.
Wrench / ModeFunction: Alternative ways to edit the table content
Display Mode: Disabled and grayed out
Edit Mode: Active
The app offers alternative forms of data entry for the selected table. These alternative editing options are described in section 9.8.
